Peppercorn Finance provides mortgage and protection insurance advice. We offer products from a comprehensive range of lenders across the market. We will provide you with a personalised illustration for any product recommended.
2. Our Fees
We typically do not charge an upfront fee for our initial consultation. A fee may be payable upon application or completion of a mortgage. The exact amount will depend on your circumstances and will be agreed upon before any work is carried out.
We may also receive a commission from the lender or insurance provider when your mortgage or policy completes.
3. Client Portal Usage
By using the Peppercorn Finance Client Portal, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend access if we suspect any unauthorized usage.
4. Accuracy of Information
Mortgage recommendations are based on the information you provide. Failure to disclose relevant financial information (including credit issues, existing debts, or changes in income) may result in your application being rejected by a lender.
